Your file is converted into a production-safe metal silhouette. Very thin lines, tiny gaps, gradients, shadows, and photographic detail may need adjustment or may not be suitable for laser cutting.
Each design is analyzed individually. We calculate the smallest safe size from its thinnest metal section, then apply our absolute 30 cm minimum long side. Larger sizes are shown only when the design and shipping limits allow them.
Yes. You can select matte black, white, or a custom color before requesting prices. Custom colors may require confirmation after checkout so we can match the finish accurately.
After your design passes analysis, choose the finish, delivery country, and one of the available sizes. The displayed retail price is calculated for that exact combination before you continue to secure checkout.
Production time depends on the design and order volume. We share progress by email, then provide tracking when the finished piece ships. Delivery timing varies by destination and is detailed in our Production & Shipping policy.
Yes. Your source file is stored privately and used only to analyze, manufacture, and support your order. It is not published as a product or shared with other customers.
Yes. You must own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it. We cannot manufacture copyrighted logos, characters, artwork, or other protected material without authorization.
